I’ve always been called to service. From my early days in the Army National Guard as a healthcare specialist, to more than 13 years in global aid, and later as an Embedded Coach in fast‑growth startups, I’ve been drawn to work that brings people together in pursuit of meaningful impact.
Across every context, the common thread has been the role I play as a bridge — between communities and the leaders who seek to serve them, between intention and execution, and between human potential and the systems we build. By creating shared reality where there was disconnect, we accomplished remarkable things.
While working with Smile Network International, USAID, and the American Refugee Committee, I helped build infrastructure in 15 developing countries, expanding access to life‑altering surgeries, healthcare, and education for thousands of children. These experiences exposed me to both tremendous suffering and extraordinary resilience, shaping who I became as a coach, a community leader, and a mother — someone who anchors in gratitude and trusts that life unfolds for us rather than to us.
Today, I work with leaders and high‑growth teams to strengthen relational capacity, elevate performance, and create environments where collaboration, clarity, and courage are the norm, not the exception.
Because the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives, our work, and the impact we make.
Let’s explore what’s possible together..
